Mission Statement
Rasheed Muhammad & Associates (RMA) is a consultant firm established to support positive growth,development, and youth empowerment. At RMA, we specialize in designing academic programs, behavioral strategy, and social skills programs (individual/ one-on-one and group settings). Through our programs, we assist youth in developing academic skills as well as equip youth with empowerment skills that allow and encourage them to self-monitor their behavior in school, at home, and in the community

Goals
- Help students achieve in their daily endeavors in the classroom, at home, and within the community
- Have students decrease inappropriate behavior and increase academic performance and social peer group relationships
- Teach social skills, techniques, and behavioral strategies for youth's positive growth and development
- Increase youth retention rates in junior high schools and high schools
- Reduce youth involvement in drugs, violence, gang participation and other negative behavior (drug testing is implemented if deemed appropriate)
- Increase employment skills and employment amongst youth
- Involve parents / guardians in youth's learning challenges, progress and achievements
