Leadership Development
Leadership Development is offered at RMA to enhance today's youth's ability to be forerunners in the business world. This program prepares not just for entry level positions, but for supervisory positions that young adults one day strive to achieve. It teaches the many aspects that is mandatory in becoming a successful leader. After attending the program, whether one desires to be a leader in school or in the workplace, he or she will be fully equipped with the main objectives to flourish as a leader.
